Who I am

I'm Dan Paraschiv, a software engineer. Agentic Studio is the workshop where I build digital products end-to-end: from idea and architecture, through code and infrastructure, to production and real users. Five live products span history, education, civic data, and leisure — each born from a concrete problem, not from a fashionable technology.

AI runs through the whole way of working — human-verified content generation, hallucination-guarded data extraction, AI-assisted development — but always as a tool in service of the product, never the other way around.

How I build

  • End-to-end: product, code, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring — one person, the whole chain.
  • Production, not demos: every project in the portfolio is live, with users and operating costs kept on a tight leash.
  • Discerning AI: structured outputs, validation, humans in the loop where it matters — and no AI at all where it adds nothing.
  • Architect's frugality: static-first, scale-to-zero, monthly budgets in tens of dollars, not thousands.
